Dr. S. Thothadri is an Assistant Professor and Research Supervisor in the Postgraduate and Research Department of Commerce at The New College, Chennai. With a remarkable 26 years of teaching experience and 16 years of research expertise, he holds three postgraduate degrees and is a Certified Independent Director and Social Auditor. Dr. Thothadri has authored and co-authored 8 textbooks, including titles like Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxation Law & Practice, Industrial and Labour Laws, Company Law, Company Law & Secretarial Practice, Legal Aspects of Business, and Business Law. His research has been published extensively in UGC CARE List I journals. He has also presented papers at numerous international and national seminars, conferences, and workshops.
