The book written by the Senior Professor Dr. V. Balachandran on CORPORATE AND ECONOMIC LAWS is containing all the important provisions of various laws viz. Consumer Protection Act, Competition Act, FEMA, Real Estate (Regulations and Development ) Act etc. With all the recent amendments being included in the book, it is found to be extremely student friendly as all the technical concepts and jargons of the bare Act have been explained and presented in a lucid manner by the Author.

Having followed and found very useful the other books written by this Author, I sincerely felt like reading this book . Such a legible, and simple style of presentation is there, but nowhere the standard is compromised. A good book deserving maximum appreciation and five stars.
